Dr. Oetker Gelatine is a versatile setting agent used in a wide variety of sweet and savoury recipes. It is ideal for soufflés, jellies, homemade ice cream, mousses, cheesecakes, terrines, flans and pies.
The powdered Gelatine is packed in 12g individual sachets to keep the product fresh for each use. Each multipack contains 3 sachets - each sachet is sufficient to set one pint (570ml) of liquid. 1 sachet is the equivalent of approximately 4 leaves of Gelatine. Each sachet multipack comes with a free recipe card, with a delicious and creative recipe idea.

Use quantities of gelatine and liquid as stated in your recipe.
One sachet sets 1 pint (570ml) of liquid. To dissolve the gelatine, pour 115ml/8tbsp of hot water into a jug or small bowl. Sprinkle the gelatine onto the hot water. Always add gelatine to liquid, not the other way around. Stir briskly until thoroughly mixed. If gelatine does not thoroughly dissolve stand the jug or bowl in a pan of warm water over a low heat.
Never allow gelatine mixture to boil.
