Orange salad with a twist! A real speciality from Sicily full of Mediterranean flavours with an exotic touch. Created by Marco Roccasalvo, head chef at Campo de’Fiori. Marco recommends to serve with Ristorante Hawaii Pizza by Dr. Oetker.

For the salad:

Green Hot Chili Pepper x 1
Red Hot Chilli Pepper x 1
15 g Onions finely chopped
clove Garlic
20 g Parsley chopped
5 ml extra virgin olive oil
2 g Salt (pinch)
ground black pepper

Peel the oranges and using a sharp knife remove the thin white skin on each wedge

Cut each wedge into slices, chop the chillies into rounds and mix together in a large bowl with the garlic, onion, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Lay on a plate, garnish with parsley and enjoy
