Terms & Conditions of Chicago Town Takeaway X Box live compeition, of which copy forms part:

  1. This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
  2. To enter, text CHICAGO plus your name to 53503. Texts cost 30c inc VAT + standard rate SMS and may not be included as part of your bundles. Check with your network provider. Service Provider is PUCA (01) 4995939, PO Box 10975, Dublin 6.  Texts received after the closing date will not be entered but may still be charged.
  3. Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
  4. Closing date for receipt of entries is midday 15.08.2011
  5. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  6. The prizes: There is one top prize of a 50" Panasonic TV valued at €800.  This prize winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.  There are 1,000 prizes of Free Pizza Vouchers worth up to €4.99 each and 250 prize winners will be chosen each Monday for four weeks, commencing with Monday 25th July.
  7. Winners will be contacted via SMS and a standard rate text plus their postal details will be required to claim their prize.
  8. Prizes will be subject to any additional terms and conditions of the supplier of the prize to the Promoter.
  9. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
  10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with the prize (except to the extent that death or any personal injury occurs as a result of the negligence of the Promoter).
  11. The decision of the Promoter is final. In the event that a prize cannot be sourced, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
  13. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.  All entry instructions form part of the rules.
  14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
