To ensure that nothing is left to chance personnel from the Purchasing Department pay regular visits to our suppliers and run through extensive checklists, which also include environmental criteria. The entire production process is subject to a stringent quality assurance regime.

In addition to established favourites (which nonetheless require constant updating and improvement) consumers also demand real innovations. Our product developers, market researchers and marketing experts are dedicated to creating new products, which succeed in the market place. To ensure excellent results every time all new products are put through their paces under real-life conditions in the central Dr. Oetker test kitchen in Germany or in test kitchens in the individual countries.
