Gelatine is a versatile setting agent used in a wide variety of sweet and savoury cooking - soufflés, jellies, homemade ice cream, mousses, cheesecakes, terrines, flans and pies. The powdered Gelatine is packed in individual sachets to keep the product fresh for each use.

Each 70g pack contains 6 sachets - each sachet is sufficient to set one pint.
