Soft Shimmer Pearls are a multi-colour mix of sugar decorations which give a pretty pastel finish to baking. The decorations have a soft centre which makes them perfect for all types of baking from iced cupcakes to biscuits.

For best results sprinkle on desserts just before serving and on icing just before it sets.
