Once again Jacob’s Creek lead the way with a new innovative wine.  Vermentino is a crisp acidic grape variety from Italy.  Now planted in Australia, this wine is perfect for those who like acidic grapes such as Sauvignon Blanc.  It has the same zesty citrus and lemon flavours but to make it even better the “Cool Harvest” range is lower in alcohol at 9.5% ABV.

Chardonnay is a classic grape variety; it has a great affinity with wood and is usually aged in oak barrels which give it a spicy vanilla flavour. This wine has loads of melon fruit and creamy vanilla flavours and enough depth of fruit flavour to compliment the combination of ham, cheese and pineapple. Try it and you will be enchanted by the complimentary range of flavours.
