Chocolate Sponge

If you want to turn a plain sponge into a chocolate sponge, replace a quarter of the quantity of flour with Cocoa Powder.You could try adding Dr. Oetker Milk Chocolate Chunks to the sponge mixture for extra chocolate indulgence! Cocoa can give the sponge a slightly drier texture so you may need to add a little more liquid.
