Silicon Spatula

We recommend using silicon or soft plastic spatulas to ensure you have distributed all of your ingredients and used all of your cake mixture, as they bend slightly to pick up all of the mixture on the sides of the bowl. Scrape the sides of the mixing bowl after each addition of ingredients.
