Platinum Grade Leaf Gelatine creates a set which is softer and more refined than that of traditional powdered gelatine and delivers a melt in the mouth texture. This high quality leaf gelatine creates a beautifully clear, transparent finish.

Each pack contains 12 leaves and sets approximately 3 pints of liquid.
