Gingerbread spices

For the recipe  Gingerbread spices

For approx. 20 g:

Airtight container
2 g Coriander seeds
3 g Cloves
1 g All Spice
6 g Cinnamon Sticks
2 g Ginger Powder
2 g Nutmeg Powder
about 2 g Cardomom Pods



Add the whole spices to a mortar and grind to a fine powder. Mix in the remaining spices and immediately place the gingerbread spices in an airtight container.
