Ingredients

For approx. 20 g
2 gCoriander seeds
3 gCloves
1 gAll Spice
6 gCinnamon Sticks
2 gGinger Powder
2 gNutmeg Powder
about 2 gCardomom Pods

Add the whole spices to a mortar and grind to a fine powder. Mix in the remaining spices and immediately place the gingerbread spices in an airtight container.
