Ingredients:

75 g Plain Flour
20 g Salt
1 Dr. Oetker Cream of Tartar Sachet 1 tbsp
50 ml Water (boiling)
10 ml Vegetable Oil
Dr. Oetker Red Extra Strong Food Colour Gel (pick your favourite colour!)

To Make The Playdough

Place the flour, salt and Cream of Tartar in a bowl and mix together.

In a separate bowl mix together the water, oil and 1tsp of your chosen Dr. Oetker Colour gel.

Pour the water ingredients into the flour mixture and stir until the mixture comes together to form a dough, the dough will be quite sticky.

Place the dough on a floured surface and knead until it becomes less sticky and a nice consistency to model with, adding more flour to the surface if needed.

Store the playdough in an airtight container when not being used.

This recipe makes one portion of playdough. Make the recipe a few times using a different Colour Gels and create lots of bright colourful playdough!   

If the playdough is crumble try kneading in a few drops of water to bring it back together. 

If you want a brighter colour whilst kneading your playdough, knead in a few more drops of colour gel.
