White Chocolate Chunks make a great alternative to Chocolate Chips and have a smooth, creamy flavour in a large chunk shape which delivers a delicious chocolate hit to your baking.
For a quick and easy method to melt Chocolate Chunks, place the bag in a jug of hot water until melted. Carefully cut the corner of bag to make a small hole and use as a drizzle.
To melt on the hob, place in a dry heatproof bowl over a pan of hot (not boiling) water and stir until smooth. Take care not to get water into the melting chocolate.
To melt in the microwave (based on 850W) remove Chocolate Chunks from packaging and place in a microwave safe bowl and heat on medium (50%) power for 1 minute, then stir well. If required, heat in bursts of 10 seconds (50%) and stir until smooth. Take care when melting chocolate not to overheat. WARNING: Chocolate may become very hot! Take care with chocolate after heating.
