Red Hot Chilli Peppers (1/2 pepper)

Dr. Oetker 72% Extra Dark Chocolate

White Mini Marshmallows

Wash a chilli pepper and pat it dry. Cut it in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and chop finely. Coarsely chop the Dark Chocolate and melt it in a bowl above a bain-marie. Mix the chopped chilli pepper into the melded chocolate.

Fill the tray with the chocolate, insert the wooden spoons and sprinkle the marshmallows on top. Then refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes.
Recipe Tips
To create a layered chocolate stick, simply replace half the couverture with white chocolate couverture and then alternate between layers of each as you fill the tray.
