Keeping your pancakes warm: If you are making lots of pancakes or you want to keep them warm for longer, transfer them in layers to a heatproof dish or baking tray, cover with foil and place them in the oven on a very low heat setting.

Sweeter Mixes: This batter can be used for sweet and savoury pancake fillings, but if you prefer a sweeter mix, add 10ml (2 tsp) icing sugar to the flour before mixing

Flavouring you pancakes: Flavour the pancake batter by mixing in 10ml (2 tsp) Dr. Oetker Madagascan Vanilla Extract or Sicilian Lemon Extract.
