Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Add the chocolate to a large bowl and melt in the microwave for two minutes, stirring every 20-30 seconds. Fold in the chopped honeycomb, if using.
Pour the melted chocolate onto the baking tray and spread evenly.
To decorate, place the sealed bag of white chocolate chips into a bowl of hot (but not boiling) water for five minutes. Squeeze the bag to see if all the chocolate chips have melted. Once melted, use a scissors to cut a small hole in the corner of the bag. Draw circular swirls of white chocolate onto the tray of dark chocolate, and using a toothpick, draw lines through the circular swirls, starting from the center of each and pulling out – this will create a spiderweb design.
