For the recipe Nougat ganache
|75 g||Dr. Oetker 35% Milk Chocolate|
|150 g||Double Cream|
Finely chop the chocolate and the nougat and add to a heatproof bowl.
Heat up the cream in a saucepan, then carefully pour it over the chocolate and nougat.
Stir until the chocolate and the nougat are complete melted.
Use the nougat ganache immediately.
To make a nougat ganache filling, simply use half the cream.
Ideal for macarons.
