Ingredients

For the ganache
75 gDr. Oetker 35% Milk Chocolate
75 gNougat
150 gDouble Cream

Finely chop the chocolate and the nougat and add to a heatproof bowl.

Heat up the cream in a saucepan, then carefully pour it over the chocolate and nougat.

Stir until the chocolate and the nougat are complete melted.

Use the nougat ganache immediately.
