Our creamy Fine Cooks' White Chocolate ensures a superior chocolate taste and texture in your home baking and desserts. It is ideal for use as a delicious ingredient in recipes and also for covering cakes, cupcakes, tray bakes and confectionery.
To melt on the hob, break the bar into squares and place in a dry heatproof bowl over a pan of hot (not boiling) water and stir until smooth. Take care not to get water into the melting chocolate.
To melt in the microwave (based on 850W) break the bar into squares and place in a microwave safe bowl and heat on medium power for 1 minute, then stir well. If required, heat in bursts of 10 seconds and stir until smooth.
WARNING: Chocolate may become very hot! Take care with chocolate after heating. Take care when melting chocolate not to overheat.
