
Preheat the oven to 200˚C, 180˚C fan, gas mark 5. Line two large baking trays with non-stick parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat together the melted butter, caster sugar, brown sugar and Dr Oetker Cocoa Powder.
Add in the eggs and Dr Oetker Madagascan Vanilla Extract and beat until combined.
Add in the flour and Dr Oetker Baking powder. Beat until it comes together into a dough. Stir in the Dr Oetker White & Milk Chocolate Chunks.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of mix onto the prepared tray, the mixture will be quite soft. Repeat with all the cookie mix.
Freeze the cookies for 15-20 minutes.
Bake the cookies in the oven for 10-12 minutes. The edges should be crisp and the middle a little gooey.
Leave them to cool slightly before serving.
