Heat up the cream in a saucepan, then carefully pour it over the chocolate and nougat.

Stir until the chocolate and the nougat are complete melted.

Use the nougat ganache immediately.
Tips
Tip: To make a nougat ganache filling, simply use half the cream.
Tip: Ideal for macarons.
